LTV-60L Series High Speed LVTTL Compatible 3.3 Volt / 5 Volt Optocoupler
The LTV-60L series is a high-speed optocoupler featuring an AlGaAs Light Emitting Diode and a high-speed optical detector. It provides excellent AC and DC isolation between input and output, with an open collector Schottky clamped transistor output. The internal shield ensures high common mode transient immunity (up to 15KV/s at 3.3V), and operational parameters are guaranteed over a temperature range of -40C to +105C. This series is ideal for applications requiring digital isolation, ground loop elimination, and interface between microprocessors and peripherals.
