Product Description
The LTV-357T-IN series is a high-performance photocoupler designed for applications requiring high input-output isolation and high collector-emitter voltage. It features a current transfer ratio (CTR) of at least 50% at IF = 5mA, VCE = 5V, and an isolation voltage of 3,750Vrms. The device is available in an SOP-4 package and a mini-flat package. It is suitable for hybrid substrates requiring high-density mounting, programmable controllers, and system appliances and measuring instruments.
