Product Description
The LTV-10XX-G series photocoupler offers high input-output isolation voltage (5,000Vrms) and a high collector-emitter voltage (70V) in a long mini-flat package with a 2.3mm profile. It features a current transfer ratio (CTR) of a minimum 50% at IF = 5mA, VCE = 5V, Ta=25C. Designed with double transfer mold technology and employing halogen-free and 8P-free materials, this series operates within a temperature range of -55C to 110C and offers a creepage distance greater than 8mm. It is suitable for hybrid substrates requiring high-density mounting and programmable controllers.
