LTV-357T Series Photocoupler
The LTV-357T series is a high-performance photocoupler designed for applications requiring high input-output isolation and high collector-emitter voltage. It features a current transfer ratio (CTR) of a minimum of 50% at IF = 5mA, VCE = 5V, and an isolation voltage of 3,750Vrms. Available in SOP-4 and mini-flat packages, this series is suitable for hybrid substrates, programmable controllers, and system appliances.
