Product Overview
The LTV-330J is an advanced 2.5 A output current, intelligent gate driver designed for IGBT VCE fault protection. It offers integrated VCE detection, under voltage lockout (UVLO), "soft" IGBT turn-off, isolated open collector fault feedback, and active Miller clamping for design flexibility and circuit protection. This optocoupler is ideal for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter applications, suitable for directly driving IGBTs up to 1200 V and 150 A, or for driving discrete power stages for higher-rated IGBTs. It operates within a temperature range of -40C to +105C with an insulation voltage of VIORM = 1414 VPEAK.
