Product Overview
The LTV-331J is an advanced, intelligent gate driver designed for IGBT and MOSFET applications. It offers a 2.5 A output current and integrates features like VCE desaturation detection, under-voltage lockout (UVLO), "soft" IGBT turn-off, isolated open collector fault feedback, and active Miller clamping. This optocoupler is ideal for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter applications, supporting IGBTs up to 1200 V and 150 A, or driving discrete power stages for higher-rated IGBTs. It operates reliably within a temperature range of -40C to +105C and boasts an insulation voltage of VIORM = 1414 VPEAK.
