LTV-063L Series Photocoupler

The LTV-063L series is a dual-channel, high-speed LVTTL compatible 3.3 Volt photocoupler designed for excellent AC and DC isolation. It features a high-efficiency AlGaAs Light Emitting Diode and a high-speed photo detector with an open collector Schottky clamped transistor output. The integrated enable function allows for strobing of the optical detector, and an internal shield provides high common mode transient immunity (up to 10KV/s at 3.3V). This series offers a guaranteed operational range from -40C to +85C, ensuring maximum isolation while maintaining LVTTL/LVCMOS compatibility.
