It features an AlGaAs LED coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage, offering a rail-to-rail output voltage and 3.0A peak output current capability. The device operates reliably over a wide temperature range of -40C to +125C and includes Under Voltage Lock-Out (UVLO) protection with hysteresis and high Common Mode Rejection (CMR).
