Compact surface mount LITEON LTV M501 photocoupler with AlGaAs LED and high speed optical detection
LTV-M501 Series Photocoupler
The LTV-M501 series is a high-speed optocoupler featuring a high-efficiency AlGaAs Light Emitting Diode and a high-speed optical detector. This design offers excellent AC and DC isolation between input and output, with improved speed due to photodiode bias reducing base-collector capacitance. An internal shield provides high common mode transient immunity, guaranteed up to 15kV/s. It is suitable for surface mounting and compatible with infrared vapor phase reflow and wave soldering.
