The LTV-817/827/847 series are high-input-output isolation voltage optocouplers from Lite-On Technology Corporation. They are available in single (LTV-817), dual (LTV-827), and quad (LTV-847) channel configurations, with options for standard dual-in-line, wide lead spacing, and surface mounting packages. These optocouplers offer features such as a high CTR (MIN. 50% at IF = 5mA, VCE = 5V), excellent input-output isolation voltage (Viso = 5,000Vrms), and fast response times (tr: TYP. 4s). They are suitable for general electronic applications including office automation, communication devices, audio/visual equipment, and instrumentation.
