LTV-2X4 Series Photocouplers
The LTV-2X4 series photocouplers from Lite-On Technology Corp. offer high input-output isolation voltage (Viso=3,750Vrms) and feature current transfer ratios (CTR) as low as 20% at IF = 1mA, VCE = 5V. Employing double transfer mold technology, these devices are suitable for applications requiring high-density mounting, such as hybrid substrates, programmable controllers, system appliances, and measuring instruments. They are compliant with EU RoHS directive and meet stringent safety standards including UL 1577, VDE DIN EN60747-5-5, and CSA CA5A.
