The LTV-2X7 series photocouplers offer high input-output isolation voltage (Viso=3,750Vrms) and employ double transfer mold technology for enhanced reliability. They are designed for applications requiring high-density mounting, such as hybrid substrates, programmable controllers, and system appliances. Key features include a current transfer ratio (CTR) of MIN. 50% at IF = 5mA, VCE = 5V, and compliance with RoHS directives. These devices also meet stringent safety approvals including UL, VDE, CSA, and FIMKO, and are Halogen Free.
