LTV-2X7 Series Photocoupler
The LTV-2X7 series photocouplers offer high input-output isolation voltage (Viso=3,750Vrms) and employ double transfer mold technology. They are designed for applications requiring high density mounting, such as hybrid substrates, programmable controllers, system appliances, and measuring instruments. Key features include a current transfer ratio (CTR) of MIN. 50% at IF = 5mA, VCE = 5V, and compliance with EU RoHS directive. These devices also feature ESD protection (HBM 8000V/MM2000V) and are MSL class1 and Halogen Free.
