Product Description
The LTV-6314 series Photocoupler is designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter and power supply applications. It features an AlGaAs LED coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage, offering rail-to-rail output voltage and a maximum peak output current of 1.5A. The device operates reliably over a wide temperature range (-40C to +125C) and includes Under Voltage Lock-Out (UVLO) protection with hysteresis. Its high Common Mode Rejection (CMR) of 35 kV/s makes it suitable for demanding industrial environments. The operational parameters are guaranteed over the specified temperature range.
