LITE-ON 6N135 / 6N136 Series Single Channel, High Speed Optocouplers

The LITE-ON 6N135/6N136 series are single-channel, high-speed optocouplers designed for excellent AC and DC isolation. They feature a high-efficiency AlGaAs Light Emitting Diode and a high-speed optical detector, with internal shielding for high common mode transient immunity (up to 1KV/sec). These optocouplers are suitable for various applications requiring high voltage isolation, interface between systems, and replacement of pulse transformers or slower optocoupler isolators.
