LITEON LTV 0501 photocoupler with UL cUL and VDE certification providing robust electrical isolation
Product Overview
The LTV-0501 series is a high-speed photocoupler featuring an AlGaAs Light Emitting Diode and a high-speed optical detector. It provides excellent AC and DC isolation between input and output, with improved speed due to photodiode bias. An internal shield ensures high common-mode transient immunity (up to 1KV/sec). The SO8 package is TTL compatible with an open collector and storable output.
