Product Overview
The LITE-ON 6N135-L / 6N136-L series are high-speed photocouplers designed for excellent AC and DC isolation. They feature a high-efficiency AlGaAs Light Emitting Diode and a high-speed optical detector, with a connection for bias of the photodiode to enhance speed by reducing base-collector capacitances. An internal shield provides high common mode transient immunity (up to 1KV/sec). These devices are suitable for various digital isolation and interface applications.
