Power inverter photocoupler LITEON LTV-3120S-TA1-H with 2.5A peak current and UVLO hysteresis protection
Product Overview
The LTV-3120-H series Photocoupler is designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter applications and power supply inverters. It features an AlGaAs LED coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage, capable of delivering 2.5A peak output current to directly drive IGBTs up to 1200V/100A. For higher rated IGBTs, it can drive a discrete power stage. The device offers rail-to-rail output voltage, Under Voltage Lock-Out (UVLO) protection with hysteresis, and high Common Mode Rejection (CMR). Its operational parameters are guaranteed over a wide temperature range of -40C to +105C.
