LITE-ON 6N138-L / 6N139-L Series Photocoupler

The LITE-ON 6N138-L / 6N139-L series are high gain photocouplers utilizing a light emitter diode and an integrated high gain photodetector. They offer extremely high current transfer ratios with TTL compatible saturation voltage and high-speed operation. The design allows for conventional photo Darlington operation by tying Vcc and Vo terminals together, and a base access terminal enables gain bandwidth adjustment. These photocouplers are ideal for digital logic ground isolation, line receivers, and applications requiring high common mode noise immunity.
