Lite-On H11Lx-L Series Photocoupler
The Lite-On H11Lx-L series are 6-pin Schmitt trigger output photocouplers designed for logic-to-logic isolation, line reception, and AC to TTL conversion. They feature ultra-low power consumption (1.3 mA/channel max), high data rates (2MHz typical), and are free from latch-up and oscillation. These photocouplers offer microprocessor compatibility, logic-compatible output sinks, guaranteed on/off threshold hysteresis, and wide operating temperature ranges (-40C to +100C). They also boast high common mode transient immunity (10 kV/s minimum) and safety approvals including UL 1577 and VDE DIN EN60747-5-5.
