Product Overview
The LTV-M501-3 series is a high-speed optocoupler featuring an AlGaAs Light Emitting Diode and a high-speed optical detector. It offers excellent AC and DC isolation, improved speed due to photodiode bias, and high common mode transient immunity (up to 15kV/s). Its surface-mountable design and compatibility with reflow soldering processes make it suitable for various high-speed logic and power supply applications.
