Product Overview
The LTV-5341 series Photocoupler is designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter applications and power supply inverters. It features an AlGaAs LED coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage, offering rail-to-rail output voltage and Under Voltage Lock-Out (UVLO) protection. Its operational parameters are guaranteed across a wide temperature range of -40C to +110C.
