The LTV-M601 series is a high-speed photocoupler featuring a high-efficiency AlGaAs LED and an optical detector with an open collector Schottky-clamped transistor. It offers excellent AC and DC circuit isolation, LVTTL/LVCMOS compatibility, and high common mode transient immunity (10 KV/us). Designed for reliable operation over a wide temperature range (-40C to +85C), it is suitable for various isolation and interface applications.
