Product Overview
The LTV-6341 series Photocoupler is designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter and power supply applications. It features an AlGaAs LED coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage, offering a rail-to-rail output voltage and 3.0A peak output current. The device is guaranteed to operate over a wide temperature range of -40C to +125C and includes Under Voltage Lock-Out (UVLO) protection with hysteresis.
