LTV-3120 Series Photocoupler

The LTV-3120 series photocoupler is designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverters and power supply systems. It features an AlGaAs LED coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage, capable of delivering 3.0A peak output current to directly drive IGBTs up to 1200V/100A. For higher-rated IGBTs, it can drive a discrete power stage. The photocoupler operates reliably over a wide temperature range of -40C to +110C, offering rail-to-rail output voltage and Under Voltage Lock-Out (UVLO) protection. Key applications include plasma display panels, industrial inverters, induction heating, and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
