Product Description
The LTV-5314 series Photocoupler is designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter applications and inverters in power supply systems. It features an AlGaAs LED coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage, offering rail-to-rail output voltage and guaranteed performance over a wide temperature range (-40C to +110C).
