Product Overview
The ACPL-P480, ACPL-W480, and ACPL-4800 are high Common Mode Rejection (CMR) intelligent power module and gate drive interface optocouplers. Featuring a GaAsP LED, photodetector, and Schmitt trigger, they provide logic-level compatible outputs, eliminating the need for external waveform shaping. With a totem-pole output, these optocouplers do not require pull-up resistors, making them ideal for direct use in intelligent power modules or gate drives. Their minimal propagation delay difference makes them suitable for improving inverter efficiency by reducing switching dead-time. They are designed for industrial temperature ranges (-40 to 100) and offer a wide operating voltage range (4.5V to 20V).
