HCPL-2531 High-Speed Optocoupler
The HCPL-2531 is a high-speed optocoupler featuring a photodiode and an output transistor. By applying bias voltage to the collector of the output transistor, the speed of conventional photosensitive transistors can be improved. This product offers high voltage isolation, linear reception, video signal isolation, analog signal ground isolation, and can replace pulse transformers, feedback components in switching power supplies, and low-speed photosensitive transistor isolators. It is also suitable for isolating power transistors in motors and for high-speed logic ground isolation (TTL/TTL, TTL/CMOS, TTL/LSTTL). The device provides electrical isolation between the input and output via an insulating layer between the LED and the integrated photosensitive receiver.
