Product Description
The ACPL-P341/ACPL-W341 is an IGBT gate drive optocoupler featuring an extended SO6 package with rail-to-rail voltage output and a 3A output current. It is designed with an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to a power output stage IC. The high working voltage range of the output stage provides the necessary drive voltage for gated devices, making it suitable for directly driving IGBTs rated up to 1200V/50A. For higher-rated IGBTs, it can be used to drive discrete power stage components, which then drive the IGBT gate. This optocoupler is ideal for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter applications.
