optocoupler solution featuring KTP TLP152 with high common mode transient immunity and fast propagation delay
TLP152 Optocoupler
The TLP152 is a SO6 package optocoupler featuring a GaAlAs infrared emitting diode (LED) coupled to an integrated high-gain, high-speed photodetector IC. The photodetector IC has internal shielding, providing high common-mode transient immunity (20kV/s) for excellent noise immunity between input and output pins. With its totem-pole output, the TLP152 can both sink and source current, making it suitable for directly driving small IGBTs or power MOSFETs.
