Product Overview
The KL301X is a random-phase Triac driver photocoupler designed for interfacing electronic controls with power triacs. It consists of a GaAs infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a monolithic silicon random phase photo Triac, enabling control of resistive and inductive loads for 115 to 240 VAC operations. Key features include a peak breakdown voltage of 250V, high isolation voltage (Viso=5000 V rms), and a compact DIP package. It complies with EU REACH and RoHS standards and holds CQC and UL safety approvals.
