KL302X-P5 RANDOM-PHASE TRIAC DRIVER PHOTOCOUPLER
The KL302X-P5 is a random-phase photocoupler consisting of a GaAs infrared emitting diode and a monolithic silicon photo Triac. It is designed to interface between electronic controls and power triacs, enabling the control of resistive and inductive loads for 115 to 240V AC operations. Key features include a peak breakdown voltage of 400V, high isolation voltage (Viso=5000 V rms), and compliance with EU REACH and RoHS standards. This device finds applications in solenoid/valve controls, temperature controls, motor controls, static AC power switches, and interfacing microprocessors to AC peripherals.
