The KLH11LX series is a Schmitt Trigger Photocoupler featuring a GaAs infrared emitting diode and a high-speed integrated circuit detector. It offers high data rates up to 1MHz (NRZ), high isolation voltage (Viso=5000 V rms), and is designed for microprocessor compatibility. The output logic is compatible and sinks 16mA at 0.4V maximum. It provides guaranteed on/off threshold hysteresis and wide supply voltage capability, making it suitable for various electronic component applications requiring noise immunity and pulse shaping.
