The KLM600, KLM601, and KLM611 are high-speed logic gate photocouplers featuring 10MBit/s data rates. They consist of an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a high-speed integrated photo detector logic gate with a strobed output, packaged in a 5-pin SOP package. These devices are designed for applications requiring high isolation voltage (Viso=3750 V rms) and guaranteed performance across a wide temperature range of -40C to 85C. They are RoHS compliant and halogen-free.
