Product Overview
The KLM452 and KLM453 are high-speed 1MBit/s transistor photocouplers designed for surface mounting in industry-standard 5-pin SOP packages. They consist of an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a high-speed photodetector transistor. Separate connections for photodiode bias and output transistor collector enhance speed by reducing base-collector capacitance. These photocouplers offer wide operating temperature ranges, high common-mode rejection, and high isolation voltage, making them suitable for various industrial applications.
