The KLM600, KLM601, and KLM611 are high-speed 10MBit/s logic gate photocouplers designed for various electronic applications. They consist of an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a high-speed integrated photo detector logic gate with a strobed output, packaged in a 5-pin SOP. These devices offer guaranteed performance across a wide temperature range (-40 to 85C), high isolation voltage, and are halogen-free, Pb-free, and RoHS compliant.
