High speed optocoupler JSMSEMI 6N137 500E JSM for logic system isolation and microprocessor interface
High-Speed Optocoupler
This high-speed optocoupler consists of a high-intensity infrared light-emitting diode and a high-speed, high-gain photosensitive integrated circuit. It is designed for high-speed logic system isolation, offering features such as TTL/LSTTL compatibility, low input current, and a wide operating temperature range. It is an ideal replacement for pulse transformers and provides isolation for various interfaces including computer peripherals, microprocessor systems, A/D and D/A converters, switch-mode power supplies, instrument input/outputs, and motor driver high-side triode isolation. It also helps eliminate ground loop noise.
Applications:
- Line receiver isolation
- Computer-peripheral interface
- Microprocessor system interface
- Digital signal isolation for A/D, D/A conversion
- Switching power supplies
- Instrument input/output isolation
- Elimination of ground loop noise
- Replacement for pulse transformers
- High-side triode isolation in motor drivers
- Isolation of high-speed logic systems
