The ISOMICRON 6N138/6N139 is a high isolation photo coupler designed for reliable signal transmission in demanding electronic applications. Featuring a DC input with a high-speed transistor output, this device offers robust isolation of 5000 VRMS and operates across a wide temperature range of -40C to 100C. Its design, which separates the photodiode and Darlington transistor, significantly enhances speed compared to conventional optocouplers. Ideal for low current line receivers, current loop receivers, and interfacing with CMOS-LSTTL-TTL logic, it also serves as a pulse transformer replacement. The 6N138/6N139 series is compliant with REACH and available as Halogen-free (optional).
