Product Overview
The ISOMICRON 6N138/6N139 is a high isolation photo coupler designed for efficient signal transmission in demanding electronic applications. It features an AlGaAs infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a high-speed silicon photo darlington transistor, enabling superior speed performance compared to conventional optocouplers. This series offers robust isolation of 5000 VRMS, a wide operating temperature range of -40C to 100C, and is suitable for applications such as low current line receivers, current loop receivers, and as an output interface for CMOS-LSTTL-TTL logic. Its design also allows it to function as a pulse transformer replacement.
