The ICPL-074L is a dual-channel 25MBd CMOS optocoupler designed for high-speed digital isolation applications. Utilizing advanced CMOS IC technology, it offers exceptional performance with very low power consumption. Each channel comprises high-speed LEDs and integrated CMOS detector ICs, featuring a photodiode, a high-speed transimpedance amplifier, and a voltage comparator with an output driver. This optocoupler is compatible with +3.3V and +5V logic levels and boasts features such as low pulse width distortion, minimal propagation delay, and high common mode rejection. It is suitable for digital field bus isolation (CANBus, RS485, USB), multiplexed data transmission, computer peripheral interfaces, and microprocessor system interfaces.
