The ISOMICRON ICPL-075L is a dual-channel, 15MBd CMOS optocoupler housed in a SOIC-8 package. Each detector includes a photodiode, a high-speed transimpedance amplifier, and a voltage comparator with an output driver. This optocoupler is compatible with +3.3V and +5V CMOS logic, offering features such as 40 ns maximum pulse width distortion and 30 ns maximum propagation delay skew. It is suitable for digital field bus isolation (CANBus, RS485, USB), multiplexed data transmission, computer peripheral interfaces, microprocessor system interfaces, and DC/DC converters.
