The ICPL-M601 is a 10Mbit/s Logic Gate Photo Coupler from ISOMICRON, designed for high isolation applications. It features an AlGaAs infrared emitting diode coupled to a silicon high-speed integrated photo-detector logic gate with a strobable output. The device utilizes a robust coplanar double mold structure for stable isolation, offering a high isolation voltage of 3750 VRMS and an operating temperature range of -40 C to 100 C. It is suitable for various applications including ground loop elimination, data transmission, switching power supplies, and as a pulse transformer replacement. The ICPL-M601 is REACH compliant, halogen-free, and MSL class 1.
