The ICPL-343 series Photocoupler is a high-performance gate driver designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverters and power supply systems. It features a 5.0A peak output current, rail-to-rail output voltage, and a fast propagation delay of 110 ns. The device includes Under Voltage Lock-Out (UVLO) protection with hysteresis and operates over a wide voltage range of 15 to 30 Volts (VCC). Its performance is guaranteed across an extended temperature range of -40C to +110C, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications such as IGBT/MOSFET gate drive, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), industrial inverters, AC/Brushless DC motor drives, and switching power supplies.
