Product Overview
The ICPL-330J is a highly integrated IGBT and Power MOSFET gate driver designed for isolated applications. It features a 1.5A maximum peak output current, active Miller clamp, desaturation detection, and under-voltage lockout protection with hysteresis. This device is ideal for driving IGBTs up to 1200V and 100A, offering a direct drive capability or the ability to drive a discrete power stage for higher-rated IGBTs. Its integrated fault feedback and soft IGBT turn-off capabilities enhance system reliability and performance in motor control inverters, AC and brushless DC motor drives, and uninterruptible power supplies.
