Product Overview

The ISOMICRON ICPL-341 series is a 3.0A Gate Driver Photocoupler designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter applications and power supply inverters. It features a high peak output current, rail-to-rail output voltage, fast propagation delay, and Under Voltage Lock-Out (UVLO) protection with hysteresis. The device operates over a wide voltage range (15 to 30 Volts) and is guaranteed for performance across an extended temperature range of -40C to +110C. It is suitable for directly driving IGBTs up to 1200V/200A or for driving discrete power stages for higher-rated IGBTs. The ICPL-341 series holds UL, VDE, and CQC regulatory approvals.
