Product Overview
The ISOCOM H11L1 and H11L1V are high-speed optical isolators featuring a GaAs infrared emitting diode coupled to a microprocessor-compatible Schmitt trigger detector. These devices offer hysteresis for enhanced noise immunity and pulse shaping, making them ideal for logic-to-logic isolation, line reception with noise elimination, AC to TTL conversion with square wave shaping, and interfacing with computer peripherals. They are designed for high data rates up to 1MHz (NRZ), are free from latch-up and oscillation, and provide a logical compatible output capable of sinking 16mA at 0.4V maximum. With a wide operating voltage range of 3V to 16V and an operating temperature range of -55C to +100C, these isolators are suitable for a broad spectrum of industrial applications. Both models boast high AC isolation voltage of 5000VRMS and are lead-free and RoHS compliant. The H11L1 holds UL Approval, while the H11L1V additionally possesses VDE Approvals.
