The ISOCOM H11L1 and H11L1V are high-speed optocouplers featuring a GaAs infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a microprocessor-compatible Schmitt trigger detector. These devices offer hysteresis for enhanced noise immunity and pulse shaping, making them ideal for logic-to-logic isolation, line reception with noise elimination, AC to TTL conversion with square wave shaping, and power supply digital programming. They are designed for high data rates up to 1MHz (typical NRZ) and are free from latch-up and oscillation. The H11L1 is UL approved, while the H11L1V also holds VDE approvals. Both are lead-free and RoHS compliant, operating across a wide supply voltage range (3V to 16V) and temperature range (-55C to +100C), with a high AC isolation voltage of 5000VRMS.
