Product Overview

The H11L1 and H11L1V are optically coupled isolators featuring a GaAs infrared emitting diode and a high-speed output integrated microprocessor-compatible Schmitt trigger detector. This design provides hysteresis for enhanced noise immunity and pulse shaping, enabling high data rates up to 1MHz typical (NRZ). These devices are free from latch-up and oscillation, offering microprocessor-compatible drive and a logical compatible output that sinks 16mA at 0.4V maximum. With a wide supply voltage capability (3V to 16V) and an operating temperature range of -55C to +100C, they are suitable for various logic systems. They boast high AC isolation voltage of 5000VRMS and are lead-free and RoHS compliant. Applications include logic-to-logic isolation, line reception to eliminate noise, programmable current sensing, AC to TTL conversion with square wave shaping, digital programming of power supplies, and computer peripheral interfacing.
