Product Overview

The ICPLM600 and ICPLM601 are high-speed optocouplers from Isocom's Compact Range, featuring an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to an integrated photo detector logic gate. These devices offer 10Mbit/s data rates, a 1.27mm half pitch, and high AC isolation voltage of 3750VRMS. With guaranteed performance from -40C to 85C, they are ideal for applications such as line receivers, data communication, LSTTL to TTL/CMOS interfacing, data multiplexing, pulse transformer replacement, switch mode power supplies, and ground loop elimination. The ICPLM601 also boasts a minimum common mode transient immunity of 5kV/s.
