The PVI Series Photovoltaic Isolator is a monolithic integrated circuit designed to generate an electrically isolated DC voltage in response to a DC input signal. It is capable of directly driving the gates of power MOSFETs or IGBTs, offering high-current and/or high-voltage switching with optical isolation. The series features solid-state reliability, monolithic construction, and up to 5A output. Available in single or dual output configurations, it is suitable for load distribution, industrial controls, current-to-voltage conversion, and custom solid-state relay applications.
